Unlock your full potential with a focused, high-impact 45-minute session designed to elevate your throwing mechanics, accuracy, and confidence. 1. Warm-Up & Mobility (5 minutes) Dynamic stretches and light throwing to activate the arm, shoulders, and core — preparing the body for high-quality reps. 2. Mechanics & Fundamentals (15 minutes) We break down the throwing motion from the ground up: • Footwork and base alignment • Hip-shoulder separation • Arm path and release point • Follow-through and balance 3. Target Work & Accuracy Drills (15 minutes) Repetition with purpose: • Stationary and moving targets • Short, intermediate, and deep throws • Situational throws (rollouts, pressure simulation) 4. Review & Cool Down (10 minutes) Immediate feedback and video review (if applicable) to reinforce progress and identify areas for improvement. Cool-down stretches and arm care to promote recovery and longevity.
